Is This Format Right for You?
Readiness to act, scope of the work and conditions for ending the programme.
Start working togetherReadiness to work together
Each client’s progress matters to me. My reputation rests on the quality of the work and the changes we pursue together. Before starting, we agree on the question, expectations and readiness to act.
You can come with doubts, fatigue or without a clear goal. We choose next steps around your circumstances, workload and resources.
Action between sessions
You take the agreed steps. If something did not happen, we examine why and adapt the plan. One missed action is not a reason to end the work.
If commitments are repeatedly postponed and there is no readiness to act after discussing the reasons, further sessions lose their purpose. This format is not intended for general conversation without an intention to change your situation.
Ending the programme at my initiative
If, after direct discussion and revising the plan, we cannot establish readiness to work together, I may propose ending the programme. Unused sessions are refunded; completed sessions remain payable at the agreed rate.
Active substance use and acute situations
I do not work with clients during active psychoactive substance use. Work on life after addiction requires at least one month of sobriety.
Current suicide risk, a recent attempt or another acute condition requiring medical attention needs emergency and specialist care first. This format is not intended to manage those conditions.
Specialist care alongside my support
With your consent, a psychologist or psychotherapist can be involved when needed. Each works within their own scope; I support decisions, goals, action planning and implementation. Specialist services are charged separately.
