Twelve sessions with an agreed focus

I guarantee 12 individual online sessions of 60 minutes and work on the goals we agree at the start. We return to your decisions, actions between meetings and what happens when you put them into practice.

The commitment to change

When you follow the recommendations and actions we agree between sessions, I guarantee change within the agreed goals. Before starting, we define what meaningful change would look like and how we will assess it.

If the expected changes do not happen, we examine what was done, the obstacles and whether the actions fit the circumstances. We then agree the next steps.

Full payment before starting

The programme costs CAD 2,400 for 12 sessions of 60 minutes, paid in full before the first session. Scheduling, rescheduling and arrangements are agreed in advance.

Your decision after the third meeting

After the third session, before the fourth begins, you may stop the programme and request a refund for the 9 remaining sessions. The three completed sessions are charged at the agreed rate.

Tell me directly if you decide to stop. Continuing should be a decision you make deliberately.

Confidentiality

I guarantee confidentiality in our work. Client stories, session content and personal circumstances are not used in public material without separate permission.

Your first enquiry can omit company names, other people’s names and sensitive details. The situations on this website are fictional illustrations of the approach and do not describe individual clients.

Ending the Programme at My Initiative

If readiness to work together cannot be established after discussing the reasons and adjusting the plan, I may propose ending the programme. Unused sessions are refunded; completed sessions remain payable at the agreed rate. This is separate from your decision after the third session.

Additional Services

Between-session support and specialist services are not included in the programme price. Scope, availability and fees are agreed separately before the service begins.
