Around 20 years of business experience in Ukraine and Canada
I spent around ten years in business in Ukraine, working in automotive parts, servicing and import-export operations. For around another ten years in Canada, my work has involved consulting, sales, marketing and services.
My experience includes launching products and business lines, customer acquisition, SEO and social media marketing, sales and operating processes, hiring and delegation. I have worked with medium-sized and large businesses, as well as government organisations.
This helps me assess the conditions behind an idea: demand, commercial potential, costs, team resources and execution risks. I also consider the owner’s workload, personal goals and commitments.

I start with your question: what you want to achieve, what you have tried and which conditions matter to you. We examine options, test assumptions and choose a direction that fits your interests and experience.
When a practical perspective is useful, I share it directly. If I see a risk of losses or a weak point in an idea, I explain it. The final choice remains yours.
From strategy to implementation
We turn your decision into a step-by-step plan: what to do first, which resources you need, when to act and how to assess progress.
In subsequent sessions, we review what you implemented, its effect and what needs adjusting. If an action did not happen, we explore what got in the way and adapt the plan so you can move forward.
More than 20 years of sobriety
I have lived in sobriety for more than 20 years. That personal experience has shaped my approach to responsibility, difficult periods and consistent action.
I use selected tools from the 12-step approach, CBT and NLP that I have applied in my own life and work with clients. The choice depends on your question; what matters is how a tool helps you act.
Individual attention and confidentiality
Your time matters. We focus on actions with the greatest potential effect in your situation, taking your workload and available resources into account.
I am based in the Ottawa–Gatineau region and work online in Russian and English. Personal stories and session content are not published without separate permission.
Scope of the work
Coaching and business consulting support decisions, behaviour and implementation. They do not replace medical care, psychotherapy, legal advice or specialist financial advice. Work on life after addiction requires at least one month of sobriety.

Before we start, we agree on what needs to change. We choose relevant measures and return to the facts: what was implemented, what worked and what needs adjustment. I want the result of a meeting to be useful in your business straight away.

I work with trusted professionals and involve them when needed: lawyers, psychotherapists, financial and tax consultants, banking professionals, financial analysts, marketing and sales specialists, HR consultants, team coaches and project managers.
I look for relevant qualifications, practical experience and the ability to address the specific question. The selection depends on your goal. Each professional works within their own scope; I help connect their contribution to the overall plan.
Specialists’ services are charged separately from the programme. Their involvement, scope, fees and information sharing are agreed with you in advance.
