An important proposal meets resistance. Your responsibilities have grown beyond your authority. You need to address a performance issue or make a decision that will disappoint someone. Work follows you home because the conversation never quite ends.
A place to examine the decision
We look at the situation, the people involved and what is within your control. We distinguish the outcome you want from the outcome you can realistically influence. Then we prepare the next decision or conversation and review what happens when you act.
The work can include your priorities, boundaries and personal response to pressure. We keep those connected to the leadership situation you brought.

Yes. We can examine its purpose, your position and the responses you may encounter.
Is this company consulting?
The focus is your judgement and actions as a leader. Organisational implementation is not automatically part of the programme.

We identify decisions that need your involvement, responsibilities you can delegate and where more authority is needed.
We build an action sequence for your situation, including conversations with stakeholders and criteria for reviewing progress.

When needed, I involve trusted specialists. Their participation and separate fees are agreed in advance.
Workplace Conflict and Team Relationships
We examine conflicts with colleagues, employees, leaders or partners: interests, causes of tension, roles and authority.
We choose a response strategy and prepare a difficult conversation: purpose, arguments, boundaries and agreements. We plan follow-up actions. A mediator or team coach can be involved separately for whole-team work.
